My name is Susan Throndson but around the office, I'm known as "Sue". I started working at Gulliver's in September of 2004 and I really enjoy my job. I am a former teacher who never quite gave up the dream to be a travel agent. Thanks to Gulliver's I have a new career and have been given amazing learning opportunities.

I grew up on a ranch in Exeter, CA and graduated from Westmont College with a degree in psychology. In 1998 I moved to Arroyo Grande and earned my teaching credential through Chapman University. I spent 2 years teaching and subbing in the public schools and 4 years in a private school.

I love to travel and have been to England, Scotland, Ireland, Western Canada, and Hawaii. I have visited the great cities of, New Orleans, New York, Denver, Las Vegas and Orlando (Disney World -3 times!). My wish list includes New Zealand, Australia, Norway and Antarctica (and that's just the tip of the list!) For me, one of the best parts of traveling is the research and you can often find me in the travel section at the bookstores. I look forward to helping you plan your greatest vacation ever!
